Tiarelli BVBA ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are

What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're looking to have embroidered, and your message. We do not collect payment or financial information through this website. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need it to respond to your enquiry.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and provide a quote. Our legal basis for this is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We do not use your data for marketing without asking you first, and we never sell your data.
Third parties
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact form submissions, delivering them to our inbox.
- Google Maps — the map on our Contact page is embedded from Google and may set its own cookies; Google's privacy policy applies to that embed.
- WhatsApp — if you contact us via the WhatsApp link, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.

International transfers
Some of the third parties above (Netlify, Google) are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request and, where an order follows, for as long as required by Belgian accounting and consumer-protection law. You can ask us to delete data that we no longer need to keep.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
